Delivery and Returns

Our delivery partner is GLS and orders are usually delivered within one to three working days. If for any reason this is not the case, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time when completing your purchase on our website.

Shipping Costs

For orders under €29, standard shipping costs of €4.99 apply. Shipping is free for orders over €29.

Returns

For us, the most important thing is that your pet is healthy and happy. We therefore hope that our recipes and treats taste good. If this is not the case, we will be happy to offer you an equivalent replacement of your choice. If your order arrives damaged, we will pick it up and replace it free of charge. If, for whatever reason, you would like to return a product purchased from us, please let us know and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange
