PETS DESERVE PROPER FOOD
We want our pets to receive the right nutrition to keep them healthy and promote their well-being.
To do this, we work with a team of veterinarians and specialist nutritionists to produce balanced and complete food that goes beyond what is normally understood as pet food. We also inform pet owners about our food and its nutritional value to help give their dogs and cats the best possible life. And in our home country of Great Britain, we support organizations with donations that care about the welfare of pets, such as our partners Dogs Trust and London Inner City Kitties (L.I.C.K.).

PEOPLE
Without our fantastic team and all the people who are part of the Lily's Kitchen family, we wouldn't be where we are today. Therefore, the human side of our business also plays an important role for us. This includes flexible working hours, mental health initiatives, benefits for all employees and supporting causes that are close to our hearts - whether through volunteer work or supporting charities. It is our responsibility to create a safe, healthy and fair working environment. That's why we have a Diversity and Inclusion Board to help us foster diverse and inclusive teams.
OUR EARTH
We are responsible for our planet, all living things and nature. Therefore, we try to treat our environment as respectfully as possible. We use organic ingredients and recyclable packaging in some of our recipes. We have already achieved our original target of 100% packaging designed for recycling by 2025 in 2024 and are delighted that all of our new packaging will now be recyclable. We also continue to work on a solid plan to proactively reduce our carbon footprint.
DOGS TRUST
We work with the Dogs Trust, an animal welfare organization in our native UK that specializes in dog welfare. We provide information about the Dogs Trust and continually donate to support the organization's important work in finding new homes for dogs.
L.I.C.K.
We also work with a volunteer-run charity called London Inner City Kitties (L.I.C.K.), which finds permanent new families for cats rescued from the streets. As part of our partnership with L.I.C.K. We donate funds to cover the cost of vet bills.
HELP FOR ANIMALS IN NEED
We are committed to donating 100,000 dog and cat meals each year to charities that care for animals in need. These include Dogs Trust and L.I.C.K. as well as other facilities. In addition to these meals, we regularly donate hundreds of thousands more from inventory that would otherwise go unused.
